I never received my item. Email is invalid total scam.

After 2 weeks of not receiving any information on my order. I called to cancel. They said they canceled my tester and would give me a refund. This was more than 7 days ago and I still have not received my refund. I ordered a sun shade for my hard hat. Said it was in stock. Starting to believe this company is a scam.

I purchased a hard hat and never received any shipping info. I messaged them on their website multiple times and never got a response, so I called to find out the hard hat would be on back order for two weeks. Once I got the hard hat it wasn’t what I was expecting so I messaged to return the hard hat to find out there is a 15% restocking fee and that I would have to pay to have it shipped back. But at your own risk, but this will be the last time they get my business!

I still havent received it no update since i ordered it no update nothing so wont be ordering from here again.

I’m still waiting for my order to deliver to my house and once it has arrive I will rate it 5 stars. Until then Industrial Safety Products should give tracking updates where and when it is coming to your destination.

Took 3 weeks until I got a notification that the customization rep was on vacation? Shouldn't work like this be passed within the company and get the order to proceed? I've been needing these for site visits and it's ridiculous that it took this long.

It told me a 2-4 shipping day. It took longer than 2 weeks plus I called and was told different. Missed my sons birthday and had to buy another hard hat for him. We did receive it but its way too small. He does not have a big head.

We placed an order and paid but after two weeks of no shipping info, I called the company. They couldn’t tell me an estimated shipping date. So I called twice more. No answers. Finally, I requested a refund and they just said “ok” but two weeks after that, still no refund.
