Fast service

Found product easy online.

The fan came in and had to be reassembled because the bolts fell out of the fan motor during shipping. We will put it back together. Enjoyed the personal touch of being able to email a rep directly for problems during the ordering process.

Industrial products was easy to work with and quick to deliver

I've bought these harnesses many times, and our employees are happy with them. However, it would be really helpful if your website suggested accessories to go with something you've put in your cart. For example, on this item, it would be helpful for the website to suggest lanyards and hooks to purchase with the harnesses. You would sell more!

Unit came in a couple of days and while I have not used the unit, it appears to be what I need vis-a-vis health issues.
