I filled in the shipping address information on the online order form. However, my order was shipped to my billing address. This caused my delivery to be 3 days late and forcing me to drive 2 hours to pick it up. I am not a happy shopper. I called customer service to complain and got no acknowledgement of my concern. Not a happy customer.
