Customer service was good, shipping took forever

Have no problem with the products but trying to figure out when they shipped and when they would arrive was very disappointing. Your tracking site never updated so had to make several calls.

Navigating the website is a pain, at least on a mobile device. When you view an item and try to go back, it takes you to the very beginning of the list rather than back to the item you just viewed, so you can keep scrolling from where you left off. The items I ordered were shipped and delivered as ordered, they took longer to arrive than I wanted/expected, but they were also cheaper than I found at other stores. All in all, if you aren't in a hurry to receive your items and have time to scroll past 100 items you've already scrolled past every time you want to view an item, it's not a horrible experience. I would highly recommend fixing the website so you can continue to scroll where you left off after viewing an item, and providing shipping information.

The site offered me a free logo on my hard hat. After the order, I was contacted by them and was informed that there was a minimum order of 20 items. There was no mention of this when I ordered. I feel deceived. This may seem like a minor oversite, but, I will look elsewhere for other options next time.

Everything was fine with the exception of missing assembly instructions; the head gear mounting system for my hard hat was slightly confusing. I damaged the product before finding out how to install it correctly (Reddit)

When I was provided the tracking information, it said the item had been delivered to another state. I reached out to customer service. They informed me they were going to look into it, but provided no other explanation. There was some back and forth. But all of a sudden a few days later the package arrived.

The website was less than expected. No email was sent with the tracking number. I had difficulty accessing the website. Overall the product came in a timely manner, in good condition and looked professional. If the website is a little difficult my suggestion would be call and leave a message that the order has been placed if any difficulty occurs call this #.

I searched for n95s with over the EAR loops. It’s what I thought I was looking at and buying. The package that arrived was over the head. Also, I have a beard and these just don’t fit. I have 99 masks I can’t use…..(wasn’t 2-day shipping but that’s understandable).
