It was the wrong size I sent it back to get an xl harness

I haven't received my product pretty hard to give you a positive review when I haven't received the product

Ordered 7 dozen pair of gloves. Only 4 dozen shipped. Packing slip identifies 5 dozen shipped. Credit card was charged for 7 dozen pair of gloves. 4 weeks and still no resolution.

I waited 3 weeks to get my order. When I finally called them, I was told the item was on back order. The online links they sent me would not work!! So now I’m waiting on my original order. My order was placed on October 29. I found out on November 14th that it was on back order.

represetative was nice but when asked if shirts ran big or true to size they were not sure and could not find out and answer. Ended up ordering anyway and they run a sizee big so had to order a batch of smaller shirts at my cost. Would be helpful to have the customer service team know the product or at least get somone to provide answers. Quality of products are great.

Zipper broke on day 3, phone pocket too small.

I placed an order on the 23rd of September 2024. It is now the 15th of October 2024 and my order (Order #402940) has yet to even be fulfilled. I emailed about it on the 2nd of October 2024 and got a response on the 3rd of October 2024. I was then informed that my order would begin shipping within a week. It is now 12 days later since that email and my order is still waiting fulfillment. I would give the experience 1 star but am giving the service 2 stars since I at least got a reply. Again my Order #402940 has yet to ship.

I wish I could give a better review. I ordered a product that said it would be delivered by Sept 4, the 3rd it was still sitting in “awaiting fulfillment.” Called customer service express my concern that I paid for shipping and it stated when it would be here by. They told me it would definitely ship this week. That’s all they told me… And it’s still in awaiting for fulfillment $1200 spent a product I needed today and nothing. I’ll shop elsewhere in the future.
