The customer service is transparent and polite but the product is very late. It has actually STILL yet to arrive. Apparently it was on back order. Just be aware, you may not get what you need on time.

I feel like a paid a lot of money for shipping and wasnt communicated to me that it was going to take so long to receive my order completely. to be honest if werent for such a great price on these products im ordering, i probably wouldnt bring my business back.

We have not received our order. We are being prompted for a review, so here it is.

The carrying case was broken on the first one but was fixable. The second one I purchased the carrying case was destroyed and not fixable and the contents of the case was just laying around in the bottom of the box. Not really packaged well for a $1700.00 purchase.

Had to call to receive a status on my order. The information was not available on the website.

It took a lot longer than what the website said for the order to arrive. Also the tracking never updated.

Listed a product that they did not have available. Took a week to tell me. Refunded my money.

Well, I keep getting emails to review my purchase. So here it is at the current time. The item I purchased was hands down the best price on the internet. However, when I purchased it I was made to assume the item would ship within a couple days. It's now been about 3 weeks and it still hasn't shipped. When I spoke to them after 2 weeks they informed me that "it appears your item is actually on backorder and will be shipping by the end of next week. That's fine, I guess. But what's a little less than confidence inspiring about their statement is that upon further review, I've seen that statement told to multiple other customers. Word for Word. On multiple items. In multiple past time frames. In other words, that seems to be their automatic go-to response for a very common occurance with most of the items they advertise. So we will see how it goes from here... hey, the price was still great though
