The large vest is too small. I need a return label to exchange it for an extra large. I spoke with customer service representative in the returns department yesterday and gave him my reference number 399897. I still have not received instructions on how to return or exchange the vest I have or a label to do such.

When my order never showed up and it was well past the latest anticipated delivery date I reached out to Industrial Safety Products to see what the issue was. I assumed there was a shipping issue-- not so. 11 days after I had placed my order and 6 days since they said it would arrive, I found out they had not even begun to fulfill the order! And they didn't say a word to me about it until I contacted them and even then there was no explanation. I'm glad they refunded me the following week but seriously, I don't know how this is a real business.

We haven't received the product.

It is taking too longer to take my product

Glasses broke in one day Defrctive

I will never ever order from this company. It took them 10 days to ship my order. I don’t recommend them to anyone..!!!

I recently bought a Rope Positioning Device. I set it up about a week after I received it. The device fails to grab the rope to prevent a fall. I checked it out and the rope moves slowly when pulled on without touching the positioning device. I have had one of these before and it grabs the rope and you cannot move the rope through the device. No, I did not thread the rope in the wrong direction. I called customer service so that I could return the device and get another one. They told me they had to call the manufacturer to see if I was going to be allowed to return it. I called again today. This time I had to leave a message and I am still waiting for a return phone call. Needless to say I am very disappointed that I spent $60 for a device that does not work. I understand that you can receive defective merchandise. That is one of the reasons that I check it out before it is used. I do not think it is unreasonable for me to return a defective device shortly after I received it. With Amazon, you can essentially return anything as long as you do it by the date they give you. Hopefully I am wrong, but I feel like I am getting the runaround. The company that sells the positioning device should just exchange it. I have never had that excuse given to me. I am glad I checked it out and no one used it.

i still have not received the item
