Their service was excellent. After using the INDO board for a few months, the rubber from the black disk was sticking all over the bottom of the board and gradually getting worse ( I think because the disk was left in a hot car once or twice- so don't do that!). I contacted their customer service and they simply asked me to return my old one and shipped me a whole new set.

This is a very well-made product! It is also very artistic. I bought the "Doodles" style and it is really beautiful. It was a gift for my 7 year old son, but with the idea that this is a piece of equipment he will have for many years. I also plan on using it once I work my way up to the roller part. Thank goodness it came with the stability cushion in addition to the roller! My son, on the other hand, mastered the roller in about an hour. He is an avid sports kid so I know this will help him for years to come in whatever sport he gets into.

Picked up indo board over the winter to assist with core strengthening and more importantly stabilizer muscles in lower body for this seasons Ultra trail running season. Outstanding! No reservations! Great tool for all athletes.
