We typically sell these replacement decks to people that have purchased one of our complete products and have either worn out their existing deck or just want a fresh new graphic. We apologize for any confusion but we try to be very clear on our website that by naming the product an "Original Deck Only". We are happy to send you out a roller and/or IndoFLO cushion to use with your deck and we'll give you a discount to hopefully make up for the confusion. Hi TC, we have rectified the issue with potential sticking of the IndoFLO cushion to the deck. If your cushion sticks please notify us and we will replace both your deck and the cushion. Thanks for your support!

Hello DJ, we are sorry to hear you are having troubles with your deck and cushion. We had a bad batch of cushions that caused them to stick to the underside of the deck. We will replace both your cushion and your deck under warranty. Simply contact us and we will send out the new deck and cushion and also send you a call tag so you can ship the old products back free of charge. Again, sorry for the inconvenience. Hello Judy. It sounds like you have a deck that delaminated. While this is a rare case, it does happen from time to time. This would unquestionably be covered by our Manufacturers Warranty and we will replace the deck. I am in disbelief that an INDO BOARD employee would have told you that "it won't affect usage". That is neither true nor does it reflect our Warranty policy. On the contrary, in a case like this we would immediately replace the deck and send a call tag to have you send the defective deck back. If you want your deck replaced it is as easy as calling our office at 321-777-6021 and talking to any representative about the issue and you will get a replacement sent out (assuming they are in stock) immediately. Thank you for your business and please give us the chance to replace your deck.
