In those cases we correct the situation immediately by sending out the correct order and a prepaid return label so that you can send the incorrect product back. Thank you for your review. This issue, while rare, does come up from time to time. We have been working with the cushion manufacture to ensure that this does not happen. In this instance we will always replace both your deck and cushion immediately, free of charge. We are sorry for the inconvenience it has caused but rest assured we are diligently trying to mitigate against this happening in the future.
