very unique and challeging workouts

I love it. I’m someone who has always had terrible balance and able to get by due to my athleticism but now I have a fun way to develop balance, core and lower body strength.

I love my board and the graphics are amazing. The more I practice the better my balance become and the more controlled my movements are. It's a great core workout and definitely a great activity to do while watching TV or taking a break from my desk at work. The board arrived quickly and without a hassle. I can't wait to become more advanced and start using it for more intense workouts.

A great mix of challenging and fun while bettering your core. Scary at first but once you let go and trust yourself you will be balancing in no time.

I'm 44 years old & I’ve used Indo boards since I’ve been in my 20s. When I was younger, I used them for Cross fit type exercise, martial arts etc. Now, I have neurological issues from a Trumatic brain injury and deal with hemiplegia. I use an original Indo board as well as the yoga bored . They help a great deal with my balance issues. I go from having my left side curled up and using a cane, to being able to walk normally. My body works itself out of the hemiplegic problems but I have found that using the balance board increases that timeframe. I’ve used variable kinds balance board since I was a kid. I rode skateboards and I just thought balance boards were fun. The Indo brand is by far my favorite. I’m tall, so I’d like to get a longer board with the bigger cushion. Once I do, this will put me at three Indo boards in my house. Living on disability is tricky so do wish they were less expensive.
