Everything worked exactly as they said it would from what was provided in the purchase to the download experience. In Addition, someone was available to help where needed with the installation. Before I made my purchase every email question, I had was answered within the hour and was answered in such a way that I knew it was not AI but an actual person answering my questions. I would absolutely recommend this company. I purchased Office Professional Plus with Publisher 2021. So far it works beautifully. A few differences but very few and easily navigated.

I purchased two perpetual licenses for word
I purchased two perpetual licenses for Microsoft Word foreign office that only uses word so it made no sense to purchase or pay for a full 365 subscription.

Great company!
Everything went smoothly with my order, and I received multiple email messages as to how I could obtain help if I have trouble. I would order from them again!

Best price and even better service FIVE STAR
Not only did they provide me the software I wanted at a greatly reduced price but they carried me through the installation process...offering me sage advice and giving me professionally correct instructions...from order to working program on my computer they were there 24/7. I'm sure they are equally open to all; but as a Vet, they made me feel welcome and special...like family...like brothers...

Charles, thank you for this incredible review. Your words mean more to us than you know.
After you shared the article on your retirement, we read it as a team. Thirty years of service, command of Fort Shafter, tours across the Pacific as a Green Beret, and a record of valor that includes two Silver Stars and four Purple Hearts. It is humbling to know that a man credited with saving hundreds of American lives took the time to write these kind words about us.
As a U.S. veteran-owned company, hearing "like family, like brothers" from someone of your caliber is the highest compliment we could ever receive. It was our honor to serve you for a change, Colonel.
We are glad our team could walk you through every step from order to working program. That is the standard we hold ourselves to for every customer, and we are proud we delivered it for the man in that clipping.
If you ever need anything at all, our U.S.-based support team is here for you. Welcome to the family, brother. Thank you for your service to this country.
Respectfully,
Sean
