The experience in purchasing, recieving and installing Microsoft Word from Indigo was real smooth. They told me how to install and I had no problems with Word. Now I own a legal copy. That was important to me. The price was good also. The free software. Indigo PDF, did not install. Support pointed me to an online version rather than help me solve the issue. I did not get pushy, I just reinstalled Adobe Reader instead.
