Didn't care for the hype, so didn't make a purchase
The idea of spending $199 for Windows 11 Pro retail version from the Microsoft Store was daunting enough for me to look at lower priced options. Indigo Software seemed to have a high enough price to pass the first smell test and they say they buy at "wholesale" which allows them to sell at reduced prices. In addition, I didn't find too many full-on complaints besides some from Reddit from several years ago. So, I decided to at least walk through an order. As I was adding an order, the lower left corner of my screen kept popping up with one "awesome" Google review after another, it was incessant. Then, the top part of the screen kept flashing "this deal is almost gone, hurry...!" I found these tactics to be annoying and indicative of a possibly unsatisfactory transaction. The question is, if it's so great, why are you pushing it so hard....? I ended up clearing all of my information off the screen and buying from the Microsoft Store directly. Do they have legitimate products? The only way to know is to try it for yourself. As an entrepreneur, I chose to have my Win 11 digital retail subscription connected to my Microsoft account.
