Full satisfaction
In all honesty, I couldn’t have felt more comfortable with the experience. Jason at the store walked us through our options, paying close attention to our expectations without forcing us to upgrade or go above our budget. He listened attentively to what we could afford, and provided us with options to satisfy our needs. The installation team rocked! Fast and efficient :)

New Carpet Purchase
I worked with Cathy Buchanan of Independent Carpet One Westland selecting new carpet for two rooms in my home. Cathy is a pleasure to work with, explains products completely, and brings an interior design viewpoint to the selection process. I have worked with her on several projects and dealing with her is a pleasure! The carpet was installed by Jason and Doug and they did a wonderful job. Independent Carpet One Westland responded quickly to a few questions I had after the installation. I’m very happy with my new carpet and would chose to shop for flooring there again.

As always, we had a good experience when purchasing our carpeting. We needed to have the carpeting installed quickly due to pending delivery of our furniture and they were able to accommodate our need. We had fast, friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable service from our sale representative. We would definitely shop at Independent Carpet One in the future.
