Tamika showed me different flooring in my price range without being pushy. Front Counter help is very friendly and welcoming. Carpet installed earlier than I planned and no issues! Thanks!

I was very satisfied with my experience…
I was very satisfied with my experience with Independent Carpet One Westland. Cathy was very helpful. From picking out my kitchen flooring to suggestions on painting my walls. The two gentlemen who installed the floor were very professional and did a wonderful job. Everyone at Independent Carpet One calmed my fears as a first timer for such a project. My kitchen looks great! Thank you all!!!

This is the second time I have used…
This is the second time I have used Independent Carpet One and have been very satisfied both times. Jeannie , my sales person, was very helpful and knowledgable. I had the same installer both times and he did an excellent job. I was so satisfied with the work he did the first time ( two years ago) that I requested him for the second job.

The Tec showed up right on time
The Tec showed up right on time , did a great job joining the 2 rooms together and cleaned up , A++++ job , will do business again !

Selection! Warrant! Services included!
I was most impressed by the wide selection, next was the name brand quality and long warranty. The installation went without a hitch! Not the Cheapest but the perfect in the Independent Carpet One proved they were the best choice!

Independent Carpet One - Westland is the best place to get flooring! We received top-notch customer service and quality product at a fair price. The associates in the office go above and beyond in their desire to help you pick out the perfect product to fit your needs and budget. The installation crew is very professional and skilled as well. We were extremely impressed with not only our installer - Joe's - skill and ability, but his deep knowledge about the flooring product and how to care for it. We wholeheartedly recommend this store to anyone in need of carpet, hardwood, vinyl, etc., not to mention window treatments or closet organizers! They have many wonderful products to meet your needs.
