EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL, & CARING SERVICE.
FROM INITIAL INTERVIEW WITH CAMERON MITCHELL THROUGH MEASURING CARPET NEEDS WITH STEVE, BOB/JIM BROTHER'S SUPPORT AND KNOWLEDGE AND WITH FINAL CARPET INSTALLATION WITH JOHN PHILLIPS AND SONS , WHICH INCLUDED HONESTY AND PROFESSIONALISM, MADE THIS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AND BEST MET OUR NEEDS. IN FACT, WE ARE HAVING VERTICAL BLINDS PLACED IN OUR CONDO WITH INDEPENDENT CARPET ONE, AS WELL AS A RESULT OF OUR EXPERIENCE.

Our experience was absolutely excellent!
Our sales representative Jeane, helped us to pick the correct carpet and color to meet the needs of our home.The carpet was ordered and ready for installation quicker than we had anticipated. The instillation was flawless. We are thrilled with our new carpet. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Great service and support for over 10 years
Independent Carpet One has been our go-to since they did an insurance replacement for us 10 years ago. Their selection is excellent, and the salespeople are never heavy-handed. They use professional installers who are on time, polite, and excellent at what they do. I can't say enough good things about this company.

My new basement from Carpet One
I had a sump pump failure at my house. The old carpet was ruined. Carpet One replaced the carpet on the floor and stairway and it looks like a new basement! Bill
