Customer first!
Gary Schwesinger was great to work with. His communication skills keeping the customer involved with the process was outstanding. The team that came out to install the floor was professional and skilled workers. I love my floor

Will not use anyone else
Been dealing with this company for many years and I've never ever had a problem. Will never use anybody else.

Kind, Respectful, and Helpful - Great Service and Product!
We went on a search for a replacement floor for an insurance claim caused by flood damage at my disabled brother's home. We were quoted a very high price by another contractor and the only floor available was something you'd put in a cafeteria. I turned to Independent Carpet One, and Cathy Buchanan. She was so helpful to find the perfect floor to match the current cabinets and countertop. Sent an excellent installer who really worked so well with my brother who is difficult to understand. Mark did a wonderful installation and was efficient and careful. On top of that, the floor looks spectacular and the price was fair. On time, did what they said they would do, price great, helpful assistance. Can't do better than that!

Beautiful Guarantee
Well, when you call Independent Carpet Westland, and if you are placed on hold, then you will likely hear their "Beautiful Guarantee". If you don't Love the way your carpet looks - for whatever reason - they will replace it at no cost, unless you upgrade. Julie was not pleased with the installation. Independent Carpet Westland ordered new carpet. With a couple of days, the carpet was reinstalled. No Problem. That is how a business endears themselves to customers.

Positive experience!
Installer, Mark, is AMAZING! He is: an absolute gentleman, extremely thorough/attention to detail, unbelievable work ethic, and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Mark and would advise friends to request him as their installer.

Excellent service,very friendly
I have small kids and I also have pets.I wanted carpet of only one small room to be changed .Independent carpet one was happy to do it.To them it was not a small job ,others refuse to do it because it was too small for them.staff is really friendly .Jason is excellent salesperson,he takes care of everything I can call or email ,they come and measure ,email me estimate. Great job.

Independent Carpet has been in my area for years, and I was referred by a friend after some flood damage in my basement. Everything went smoothly from the purchase to the delivery
