We were treated like family at Carpet One of Westland. Bob took care of us and found the right carpet and kitchen flooring for our needs. The customer service is second to none. The gentlemen who installed our carpet were very conscious to details and did and outstanding job. To show how much Independent cares about their customers, we forgot to included a metal threshold strip and Bob delivered it personally to our house while the installers were here so they could finish the job. You just won't get that kind of customer service from a big box store. I would definitely recommend Independent Carpet One of Westland, MI for all your flooring needs. They even offer a complete satisfaction guarantee that if your not happy with the carpet once installed in your home, they will replace it free.

Our entire home carpeting has been done by Caret One. We have done it over time and found each experience to be flawless. The sales and service staff is knowledgeable and provided choices that met our expectations. Allowing customers to bring carpet samples home for a few days really helps with final selection. The installers are professional and each time we had quality service and on time delivery. Overall we are very pleased with Carpet One.
