Independent Carpet One WestlandReviews of independentcarpetonewestland.com

The owners of Independent Carpet are wonderful people. We actually bought carpeting for our house that has lasted us 23 years and came back to buy new carpeting for the house again. It was a pleasure working with Bob and the quality of the carpet is spectacular!!

I am super happy with my new tiled floor. The project was a great experience from measurement through installation. I love the product and the staff! The job was very professional especially given that there were a few issues presented from the way my original floor was laid. They addressed and corrected those issues for a perfect installation! Very precision work. Thank you for my beautiful new floor! I have already been bragging about the awesome job being done on my floor by carpet one. My new condo will soon be "home" thanks to you! Looking forward to the next project!

Earlier this year we had our carpet replace in our Florida home, it was not a pleasant experience. So I wasn't looking forward to going through it again for our lower level here in Michigan. Our experience with Jason at Independent Carpet One Westland was GREAT, even the installation was stress free. The installers were experienced and did an excellent job. After the job was completed Jason contacted us the make sure everything was handled properly. We will certainly contact Jason for our new project next year.

Jeane Salter at Independent Carpet One in Westland was recommended to us by a family member and we will be forever grateful for that recommendation. We were in the final stages of construction on our new kitchen and Jeane was with us every step of the way through the process of selecting our flooring. The flooring was installed but unfortunately, the materials were faulty. There was never any hesitation by Independent Carpet One with replacing the flooring and making sure we were completely satisfied with the result...and satisfied we are! Thanks to Jeane, Jason, and the installation crew Brian, Patrick and Jeff for working so hard to make our dream kitchen a reality. We will certainly recommend Independent Carpet One to friends and family!

We have had an excellent experience on two different occasions. The sales and the installation departments are wonderful.

Carpet one in Westland has some of the most knowledgeable and nicest customer service. Great Store!

I did my research with many companies and no one had as many selections as Carpet One. Catherine had extensive knowledge which respect to patterns and carpet fibers that made my decision easy.

Everything has been perfect! Our salesman Cameron was very patient with us and helped us with deciding which rug to pick. All the employees were very polite and helpful especially since I came into the store several times with different ideas and samples. Now that the carpet is placed into the room and the stairs are complete, everything looks beautiful. Thank you, will return for further projects and will tell others regarding our experience.
