Very satisfied
The whole process went very smoothly, and I am very happy with the end result. The carpet is good quality and the installers did a great job with it.

Design people very helpful
Design people very helpful. Came up with a good combination of lino an carpet for a movie room. Wife and I are very pleased.

Good service, great carpet
We received personal service and excellent advice for our needs. The time until installation was on target. The installers were professional, prompt, and left the room well vacuumed. I will chose Independent Carpet One for my future flooring needs.

We have repeatedly used Independent Carpet One Westland
We have repeatedly used Independent Carpet One Westland for our carpet and flooring needs over the last 23 years. They have repeatedly done a great job. Their installers are super. Robert was our salesperson and he was very patient with us. This allowed us to finally select the right product for our home.
