Very helpful and welcoming staff
Very helpful and welcoming staff. No pushy salespeople. Answered all my questions and made recommendations based on my needs not my pocketbook. I will definitely seek them out when we replace our basement flooring.

Solid company for carpet needs
We had a great experience. We needed carpet for a new home we'd purchased and were pressed for time, both for measurements and install. Catherine was fantastic to work with it. We had very specific time slots to get in for a measurement (we hadn't yet taken possession of the home), and also to get it installed, only 1 specific day for the install. She helped us to make sure things went smoothly. The carpet is great quality, as is the padding. She took her time explaining the different carpets to us and we're pleased with the overall results. The installers were professional as well and cleaned up after they were done.

We were very happy with our experience …
We were very happy with our experience buying stair runner carpeting at Independent Carpet One Westland. They have a wide selection of carpeting and we were able find exactly what we wanted. Our salesperson was wonderful - she came to our house and measured and took time to figure out the best way to install the runner (it was a little tricky since we have a landing). The installers came on time and did an excellent job.

No problem at all
No problem at all, I made up my mind, ordered the carpet. Installation went perfect. I am happy! I will go back when I need carpet or flooring. A+ to everyone at Independent Carpet One! 👍🏻😊

A wonderful experience and the crew …
A wonderful experience and the crew that did the install was great! My salesperson, Robert, was very helpful and through the whole process. The install crew, Joe, could not have been nicer and did a wonderful job.
