I rented a switch game console and 1 video game. Both arrived in brand new condition, and 1 day earlier than expected. Price for console was very fair, however, not sure about long term rental of game as it can easily get to an amount equal to buying outright. I highly recommend Crisp if you're looking for a short term rental for the Nintendo Switch!

This was a great rental experence. The TJI Pro 2 was all that was promissed. Service, flexability and communcation was exemplary. Could not have been more pleased.

Never again, worst experience ever. We went on a 10 days cruise, so did not have service except when we were on the resorts at port. My wallet was stolen at one of our ports, so I had to cancel some of my cards. I totally had forgotten one of those cards were for crisp. No big deal, WRONG! After one day of missed payment (while at sea), the owner not only messages me with police threats, but harassed my brother, his fiance, and some random person on his facebook and who know who else. Why he felt the need for that? Who knows. On top of that, he made a video and put it on public youtube, literally actively stalking me and me brother, showing personal profiles, email, friends etc. This company clearly doesn't know how to handle situations like this. Maybe, if they havent heard something after a week or something, but one day? No, I'm sorry I just dont see appropriate. As for the actual GoPro, it did not act like a new gopro. It Would over heat, randomly shut off, freeze to the point where I had to pull the battery out of. Made me miss tons of footage that I thought was recording. Not a good experience with this company at all.

Hello, we are sorry you had a negative experience. Customer service is always available to help. We have decided not to charge you for your second week of rental. We did our standard multipoint inspection of the GoPro (test recording 4K video, 1080p video, time lapse, photography, file saving, touchscreen) and found no functional issues with the device. We see that under Preferences > General > Auto power off, you've set it to turn off after 5 minutes. The default is 15 minutes. This caused the issue you mention. We provide the GoPro-approved SanDisk Extreme SD card for free, and screens freeze extremely rarely using this approved SD, however, when regularly shooting in 4K you may want to upgrade to SanDisk Pro SD to eliminate the chance of the screen ever freezing. We always notify customers who cancel their credit card of our collections process which includes contacting authorities if the customer does not respond after several weeks. None of the information we share with customers is ever public. Customers always have the ability to respond, and we attempt to contact known residents of that address if we do not hear back via the customer's provided contact information.

Bryon is very helpful. He answer all my question when im thinking about renting a drone. He respond fast. I wish they have more drone to choose from to rent. Im definitely renting a drone again on our next road trip from crisp.

Had a great experience using the rented Mavic Pro drone for a week. Everything worked perfectly, the drone was hand delivered at home, in very good condition, extra battery helped to have an extended flying time. Bryan has been a very nice person to talk to and whole communication was very streamlined. For sure, don't hesitate a bit to rent again!

Made an excellent decision to go with Crisp. Rented the Hero 7 GOPRO, chest harness and 3-way tripod all for a very reasonable price. The equipment shipped and arrived quickly with free 2 day shipping. Had a hiccup on my part when returning everything back and I was able to contact Bryon to clear things up. I really appreciated the quick responses from him and will definitely rent from Crisp again for my next vacation. Maybe even a drone next time. If you are on the fence, this company is legit, please use them. Other company's quote unreasonable prices but not Crisp, they came through in the clutch.
