These guys are so so so good... I had to change my delivery date twice as my holiday plans got brought forward, the last time to just a 3 day weekend lead time. Not only did they deliver in 1 day flat, but they also upgraded me. Service like this is what we should aspire to provide. Will give my user review next month after the trip! Cheers!

The team at Crisp was very accommodating and helped make my Rental experience and my vacation, a great memory.

Whatever issues we've had with the rental they have addressed them quickly and professionally. The packaging is great and they send return postage and pre-cut tape so returns are very easy. They also communicate very well and everything was upfront.

Excellent customer service! The owner is available to handle your issues. However note that you need to be home to receive your package from them, so be sure to plan for that. They do not leave it on your doorstep. The equipment worked very well and I got some fantastic shots; I'm super happy I rented a GoPro.

Bryon and the folks at Crisp are amazing. To be able to rent a GoPro Hero 7 Black and a DJI Osmo Pocket, BEFORE I decided to purchase the DJI Osmo, made my choices easy. If your not looking to purchase, but your looking to just use a camera for your weekend getaway or your vacation, but not make that $$$$$ investment with something you know nothing about, then Crisp is for you! They have very reasonable weekly rental rates and very fast FREE shipping both ways. Try Crisp. You won't be disappointed!

I Rented two GoPro 7’s for a ski vacation. Crisp made the handoff and return extremely easy and offers the best price around. Cameras were as good as new! Will definitely rent again!
