Services are fine - Slow Customer Support & DNS Issues
Services are fine, but bugs which should not even be a bug the first place.
Support takes long to answer once you have an issue.
Issue I am faced with is a "Error: PowerDNS API Request Error"
I am not able to go into my DNS settings on any site, and I bet that I need to wat 2 days before this gets fixed, which is REALLY annoying, and I wanted to give this review 1 star
What made me select 3/5, is that I love what they stand for, most companies screw you in terms of "Hosting" but these guys give a Sh*t.

Expired domain despite paying on time.
I've paid this company for my domain grass7.xyz two times.
The first time it was great, i've got my domain within a reasonable timeframe for 16.23 USD for 1 year, i went to renew it for the 2nd year (2025), which took 16.80 USD.
However after a few weeks i find out my domain has "Expired", and i am unable to do any actions with it.
I have contacted support via ticket, no response, it's been one week, yesterday i created another ticket.
Im beggining to believe this company is a scam that only does what you paid for 1st time to get reviews, and then proceed with their scam.

Hello, this review was published an hour after your ticket was already resolved and responded to. IncogNET turns 4 years old this month, so it's hard to consider it a 'scam', just because you experienced an inconvenient issue that was resolved.
Our response to your ticket is as follows:
"Thank you for your patience and I apologize for the delay and the inconvenience experienced. We will need to review more from our end what caused this, but I have gone ahead and pushed the renewal for your domain name manually.
We recently stopped offering the .XYZ domain, however I am not certain if this would impact renewals of existing .XYZ TLDs. We will review this further from our end to see what the issue was and how to prevent it from occurring again."
Regarding the pricing, every domain registrar has to increase prices on a relatively regular basis as registries, those who control the actual TLDs, increase theirs. XYZ is owned by Radix, they're the controlling company that oversees the XYZ domain extension no matter who you buy the domain name from. We process orders through InternetBS. If either of these two companies increase the price of XYZ, we are not in a position to absorb the difference or take a loss.
You'll find that companies like NameCheap, GoDaddy, Epik, Porkbun, etc all raise the prices of domains on a regular basis. Domain pricing is never a "forever" price. That's simply the unfortunate reality of the domain industry.
