The trap host. Despite it truly not needing personal data and protecting free speech (as far as I can see), this host has other flaws that make it very much sub-optimal. Namely: Their business model is based on creating more products without supporting the existing ones adequately. (Cannot provide links in Trustpilot) Their portal is unusable, with moving at snail speed and logging you out every few minutes in addition They basically ignore support tickets, even while saying they get to them in five days maximum. Weeks or months of waiting times are common They don’t accept E-mail communication unlike literally every host out there They call their services “self-managed”, meaning you can’t really expect them to fix any issues, even ones of their own making (for example, the recent prolonging of migrations by weeks, leaving servers unable to turn on) The host is a trap because it seems really good at first glance, but it is an illusion. Looking any deeper beyond “wow has free speech and privacy! sign me up!” will reveal it easily. And you will inevitably learn the issues if you use them for long enough. Don’t make my mistake. Oh, I almost forgot. Domain transfer is unavailable for some reason, if you make the blunder of using them as a registrar. At least for me. And again, don’t expect them to answer your support tickets because you need divine intervention for that to happen. 1 stars because well, you can sign up anonymously and they don’t ban for offensive or unconventional content as far as I can see. But that is not enough to redeem them when so many hosts now do the same, without the other flaws.

Hello, I'm sorry for your poor experience. It is clearly stated when submitting a ticket to expect a wait time of up to 72 hours, and there are disclaimers on several pages that make it clear that domain name registration is not an instant, as it requires manual review and activation of pending orders. While typically completed in 12 hours or less, this process is documented as sometimes taking 24 hours. Patience is always appreciated for these non-urgent matters as we're a small business. To manage expectations, we publish this information in a very clear and easily visible way. Please have another look at our website and ticket submission process. I believe you'll see this information is there.

They suspended network access to my vps on 15 July, claiming that I've used up all the bandwidth for it(10Tb), I made a support ticket offering to pay for more bandwidth so I can get my data out of that vps and move to another provider, but still no response to my request today after 2 weeks of waiting and other support tickets and emails sent. The worst part is on their site it said that it will be resumed automatically on 1st of August, so now it should work now, but actually it doesn't, worse than that, I can't even start it up anymore, so this all was just a plan to scam me out of the remaining months I've paid for the service and I won't be able to use it or get my data out of there. And that is not all, my site was using less than 1Gb of transfer per day, to reach 10Tb with their network speed in a few days as they showed in the graphs would be impossible actually, so they did it just on the graphs to get ride of my vps access, which wasn't even using that many resources.

Hi there Jaromir, we have requested more information so we can review your claim in more detail. Bandwidth accounting is done automatically and will display in your VPS control panel. When you reach your allocated bandwidth limit, it should automatically reset on your VPS renewal date (Ex: If VPS was created on July 5th, and the VPS used all it's bandwidth by July 28th, it should reset automatically on August 5th). Please let us know what your ticket ID was so we can review this further from our end.

First, the ticket has been opened for over 3 days without a reply. And even when you buy the service and try to use it, there are TON of limitations compared to other VPS providers. And wanna know the worst part? When you buy using crypto you cant even get a refund, so you are stuck with a bad service that you cant get benefit from. Worst VPS and web hosting provider I have ever used.

They are worthless. They wouldn’t process my Credit or Debit Cards and they try to force you to sign up for PayPal or pay with Crypto. Then they send you multiple invoices saying you have late payments if you don’t agree to pay one of those ways. Don’t waste your time. Also, no way to talk to or contact a ACTUAL human. Why trust ANY business that doesn’t have human Customer Service? Just more online scammers… UPDATE- I see they answered my review. I won’t change a thing. They are an online company with no telephone # who did NOT state UPFRONT that they ONLY accept PayPal or Crypto. I stated the facts of what happened to me. Unless you want to be forced to open a PayPal account or use Crypto, maybe use HostPapa… Update 2- I guess I should have included a crying towel? I stated EXACTLY what happened to me. I guess they can’t handle the brutal truth? I had no problem with HostPapa…whom I now recommend. I never have to remember what I said before because I never lie….

Our website makes it clear that our accepted payment options are both PayPal and crypto. Those with PayPal accounts often pay by card as well. I'm sorry if you feel you were mislead by this, somehow. In any case, you tried to register a domain name on 03/11/2024, but upon seeing that the payment options available to you weren't suitable for your purchase, you stopped the process. The system then behaves as it does for most other webhosting businesses utilizing the WHMCS billing/support system, as you'll find many providers utilize it: It sent you automated invoice reminders each morning as you had an open invoice in your account. You can cancel this yourself from the account you created and it'll cancel associated invoices with a pending service. In any case, your first line of communication with us directly was yesterday, Friday 15th March at 12:40 as was rather abrasive for a first line of communication. Your ticket only said to us as shown: "I will not use Crypto or PayPal. I ONLY pay with a Credit Card or a Debit card! If you don't accept those please cancel my account and my order IMMEDIATELY! And stop sending me late notices or I will go online and leave one star reviews of your Company...." We responded to you today (On a Saturday, for a billing / sales ticket) at 08:16AM and let you know we cancelled your order for you. Based on your inability to express yourself in a proper and professional manner we didn't feel like wasting time in trying to retain you as a customer. We let you know that you could have cancelled your order and let you know we went ahead and completed this for you. You then respond with "Check out my one star review of your Company on Trust Pilot…. Your Company sucks." and then post this. EDIT: Kyle, look at these pages: 1.) https://incognet.io/anonymous-domains "Pay with Crypto or PayPal!" <-- Visible without scrolling. We do clearly say that we only accept PayPal or Crypto. 2.) https://incognet.io/about also shows our phone number. It's clear that Kyle hasn't actually read our website and is making wild, baseless claims. Best of luck to any hosting or service provider who serves him next. Heck, it's Sunday and we're responding to this in less than 20 minutes after he's updated his review.
