The product barely works, got it and used it once and after that it just barely goes off. I also ordered extra papers at the same time as the wand, a month later these still haven't turned up. I contact support but after over 5 working days I still haven't got a single reply. completely useless, do not buy from here!

I wish you have a no star review. But I bought it and sent in as a gift. Then....oh maybe I should read some reviews. I saw so many were negative it wasn't worth the chance so I canceled it same day (Of course they shipped it out anyway). But I read the return policy and had my friend send it back the day after he got it (unopened). No refund, 7 emails to them with not response and Apple Cash is not the way to pay. They don't fight for you. And the web site number no longer works. Goodbye Money. 🥹😬😣🤬🤢🤮😷

Ordered on 30.04.2924, never received my order and have emailed several times with just 1 response saying they’ll look into it, I never received a follow up email. Their website falsely says they’ve a 4.5 trust pilot score. LIE! I wish I checked here before I ordered! I am considering seeking legal advise regarding this false advertisement and robbery!
