Successfully replaced GoDaddy aliases. Able to received and send from multiple aliases through Gmail account with multiple GoDaddy-based domains. Had to modify instructions for MX, TXT, and CNAME records a little to get things to work, but very happy now.

Pretty fast response when I have experienced problems, everything went smooth. The MX service is really great even in free tier, the only downside is soft-bounce for some emails.

Thank you so much for the kind words! We're thrilled to hear you're having a great experience with ImprovMX. Regarding soft bounces, it's true they can be caused by the receiving server. Our system's strength is that we automatically retry delivery from multiple IPs over an extended period, giving your emails the best chance of reaching their destination. We're always working to improve!

It just never worked and customer service never contacted me back. After a few days I cancelled premium service.

Hi there, We're disappointed to hear about your experience. Customer support is incredibly important to us. Our records show we did respond to your inquiries, but perhaps you didn't see our reply. When you requested a cancellation, we immediately processed a full refund. We're truly sorry this didn't lead to a positive outcome. If you'd like to give ImprovMX another try, we'd be happy to walk you through the setup. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you reconsider or have any further questions.
