The order showed up a day late from the guaranteed arrival date, I had changed my order from 3 xl items to 2 xl and 1 medium which was confirmed by imprint now. But when I received the order I got 2 mediums and 1 xl. Also when I received my soft shell jacket the zipper will not open on the one pocket.

Perfectly imprinted cups that arrived on time! Amazing customer service and communication.

Asolutley the worst company on the market. I specifically asked them to increase the size of my design. They did not do that and now they blame me for the issue. What company would print a design on something so small that no one can read it. I have been trying to get a resolution but I am getting no where. I have asked to have a manager or the CEO contact me, but I get the same customer no service reps. Unbelievable.

The items I ordered were perfect. Reached out to add to our order and I was helped quickly with no problems. Also made perfect corrections to my custom logo when asked!

Amazing customer service! They helped recreate my original photo and made sure every detail was just right so the finished item would come out perfectly. They were patient, helpful, and wonderful to work with. I’m so pleased with the final result and would highly recommend them!
