I paid for guaranteed date of delivery…
I paid for guaranteed date of delivery and the order did not make it on that date. They did refund my shipping cost. My merchandise did come out exactly how I wanted it to. So that is a plus. Just unhappy with the delay in delivery

It was delayed in production
It was delayed in production. Despite correcting the address with a supervisor, it was shipped to the wrong address. They finally arrived 4 hours before the event started and two weeks late
