They worked with us endlessly to make sure what we wanted was accurate. They did a great job and it turned out perfect! The quality was good too. They also delivered ahead of what our deadline was. We will not hesitate to order from Imprintnow in the future!

Great quality product. Saved $130 from the other source. The award we ordered is heavy and solid

Everything turned out as hoped and expected. I had to call a couple times to make sure things were progressing, but very nice product.

It took way to many people and too much confusion because each time we had or made contact with you, it was a different person "checking on it." Not a good experience. End product, just ok and we couldn't get a resolution on our badges with photos. Have to go somewhere else.

Wrong order was billed and shipped and a lot of miscommunication. I also was charged the wrong amount after further review.

Everything I ordered came as expected with good quality. Even before the order was placed Imprint now Customer service followed up with details I wouldn't have thought of. So, thanks, I'm very happy with my purchase.

The customer service department is awesome. They answered all my concerns and questions in a very timely manner. I also had to change my final approved mockup that they sent me and had no problem getting the image sent back to be changed. It was a very nice experience and I will use them again. Thank you!

I didn't realize I had not submitted a high res image for them to produce as a banner, so I was very pleased that their customer service reached out to offer this recreation for me at no additional charge. The banner (backdrop for our podcast) is just what we hoped it would be. Highly recommend imprint now!
