I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars with this company, purchasing a slay station, accessories and such. On my last order, I informed impressions that one of the items that I purchased wasn't in the shipment I received. They asked me to send a picture of it...huh??? How am I to send a picture of something I just told you that I never received?? They then told me that since I purchased the shipping insurance to file a claim. The claims dept sent me back to impressions stating no coverage for an item they never sent me. After trying again and again with impressions they kept sending me back to claims, and claims sending me back to impressions, then impressions stop responding to my email. The time I wasted wasnt worth the $30 so I just decided to take my $5000 account elsewhere. Yes, the lost a loyal customer over $30. BTW, you can find all of their pieces (almost identical but better quality) on Amazon and Bed, Bath & Beyond for the regular price of what Impressions sale prices are. Suck it Impressions!!!!

I wish I listened to all the negative reviews, but instead I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I ordered a black vanity and pink chair for my room on August 19th, fast forward to today exactly a month later I still received nothing. The tracking app says “invalid tracking” and I don’t have a tracking number. They have responded to both my emails within a few days, but their only answer is “what is the order number” and “oh it just hasn’t shipped yet.” For a $1500 purchase how can I not track the progress of my order. Also the website is a lie when if states it ships out in a couple of days, it takes months!!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid this headache.

I purchase 2 Black Elise chairs in July of 2022. One chair did not have the bracket and handle that attaches the legs to the chair. I called customer service and was hung up on and now I cannot contact customer service at all. I always get a message that says "Your call cannot be completed as dialed no matter what time of day I call.. I emailed company support and a Client Relations Specialist by the name of Mafy Buenseceso replied, stating that she/he contacted the warehouse and is waiting on a reply." I contacted the Specialist again and now he/she is waiting to hear from management. I emailed in July and August sevetal times, it is now September 15 and nothing has been resolved and no response. I will never order from Impressions vanity again. Time to contact my credit card company to show proof I tried to resolve the issue. I hate chargebacks but I am left with no choice. Without the part I cannot use the chair.

Poor quality and customer service. Didn't ship for nearly two weeks despite website stating it ships in days. Sales person was rude and refused to price the package set stating that color sold out online because not boxed together for a package deal. Turns out that things come in separate boxes anyway and they just wanted me to pay more for invividually ordered parts. It finally arrives and it is damaged with multiple chips out of the wood. Quality is poor and is a ton of pieces to put together. Total install time was over 10 hours, which is completely unreasonable. Offered a refund of only $50 for the damages despite me spending nearly $1700. Company will not take the product back without a restocking fee and shipping was nearly $200. Highly unprofessional company selling garbage product. Avoid!

As you can see from all the horrible reviews do not buy from this company. I purchased 2 mirrors from them and the lighting on both mirrors stopped working within a month. I called and was pretty much told they only have. 24 hr return policy after the item is Received. This company does not back their products at all and that tells me everything I need to know. There’s so many American made Company’s to order from don’t waste your time on this company.

they sent me the wrong item and i had to send it back and they had to receive it before they would even issue the correct replacement. any other store the replacement order would be placed right away and i wouldnt have to wait all this extra time for a mistake they made. if i needed the item for a trip i would have been livid.

After paying the extra shipping insurance, after the shipment was delayed by UPS, after UPS destroyed the box together with the product inside, after all of that I thought your company would actually refund my money. Apparently, Alicia (customer service rep) is not willing to do that. Now you want me to pay for part of the damage product. Restocking fee occurs when the product and the box are not destroyed. So sorry if your packaging and product box do not ship well but your customer should not pay the consequences.

ZERO STARS FOR IMPRESSIONS VANITY (STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY) - Impressions Vanity Co. should receive zero stars . Very poor customer service to say the least. After many emails I am in a “take it or leave it” situation. I was told I could just return the item after spending 7-8 hours building it. Walmart should not partner with a company that does not stand behind their product. It doesn’t shock me that Impression Vanity Co. products are in close out / off-price retailers like Marshalls and TJ Max. The item is difficult to assemble and does not have features as described. Even with a construction background it took several hours to assemble. The top does not attach to the drawer bases. With a heavy item like this on top with glass it is dangerous and needs to be secured. The drawers are supposed to soft close and they do not. I have been in contact with the company to help but they aren’t willing to do anything. I am forced to communicate with Walmart and hope to get this all resolved.
