I bought two vanities this year the second one was delivered damaged and because I did not contact them within 48 hours I have to wait for the decision of their claim with fedex. So if their claim is denied I don’t get it replaced and I have the inside packaging of the box showing the damages to it which affected the side of the vanity. I can’t believe they will not replace it. I never had an issue with a store replacing something damaged before. I wouldn’t recommend spending over $1,000.00 on a vanity with this policy

A makeup vanity that can’t handle makeup products
I’m really disappointed with both the quality of this vanity and the customer service from Impressions Vanity.
On literally the second day I owned it, a face serum leaked onto the surface and permanently damaged the metallic finish. I had absolutely no idea I apparently couldn’t have face serums near a vanity that’s literally made for doing your makeup and skincare. The spots will not come off.
I eventually reached out to customer service hoping they might offer some kind of solution, or even just tell me how to properly clean it without causing further damage. The cleaning suggestions they gave me didn’t work, and I was told that “oil-based makeup products can potentially ruin wood furniture.” I was honestly shocked by that response. If a makeup vanity can be permanently damaged by accidentally getting makeup or skincare products on it, that seems like a pretty significant issue with the durability of the finish and something customers should know before purchasing. (Also, it didnt even damage the wood, it damaged the metallic finish).
I also submitted a review directly through the Impressions Vanity website, including photos. I received the verification email and confirmed my review, but it never appeared publicly on their site.
I eventually shared my experience in a Google review, and Impressions responded publicly asking me to reach out to their customer service team. So I did.
Unfortunately, the response I received was surprisingly defensive. Rather than addressing the actual concern in my review, they sent me a timeline of when I purchased the vanity and when I had previously contacted them, then pointed out that cosmetic issues aren’t covered under their 30-day warranty. (LOL EW)
The thing is, I wasn’t asking for a warranty claim, replacement, refund, or anything else. I wasn’t trying to get anything from them. They asked me to reach out after I shared my experience, and when I did, the response was essentially an explanation of why the issue wasn’t covered under warranty.
That honestly reinforced my frustration with their customer service. A simple acknowledgment that it’s frustrating for a makeup vanity to be permanently damaged by a product someone would reasonably use around it, along with any realistic suggestions for repairing or minimizing the damage, would have gone a long way. Instead, the response felt much more focused on defending the company than actually listening to the concern I was raising.
When I also asked why the review I submitted to their website was never published, I was told that reviews go through an automated review system and that there “may be a delay” before they are reviewed and posted. That review was submitted months ago and still isn’t visible.
I do like the mirror, but overall I really regret spending this much money on the vanity. Between how easily the finish was permanently damaged and how the company has handled my concerns, I would not purchase from Impressions Vanity again.

Terrible customer service.
I recently made a purchase from this company. I’ve never used them before, but found some of their items very interesting and potentially useful. Unfortunately, they have terrible customer service. I have reached out to them at least three times in the last month with absolutely no response. I had a question about the product that I ordered and was considering ordering an additional product if they could clarify something for me, but they never responded. I will definitely not be a repeat Customer, and I will share my experience with others looking for similar products. I can even overlook issues with the product if there’s really good customer service. But without customer service, I don’t care how good the product is… I won’t be using it and I won’t be buying anything else.

This website is a scam
This website is a scam. I Ordered a vanity unit on the 20th December with next day delivery and still waiting for it to be delivered 22nd January. Had one email back 2 weeks ago after sending numerous emails to find out where it was stating stock was low but it would be with me in the next 7 days. Still not arrived and once again no answers to my emails. Be very careful when ordering from them

Very disappointed in the quality
Product descriptions on the website seem intentionally vague. They probably don’t want you to know how inferior their products are, because they inflated the prices so much.
Additionally, it appears as though they are not showing all of the product reviews on their website. I left an honest review of their Slaystation vanity weeks ago, but it still is not showing on their website, I’m assuming this is because it was not a positive review.
Lastly, the vanity I paid nearly $1,000 for was a nightmare to assemble. The instructions are difficult to understand and they’re missing key steps. Considering there are a hundred parts to put together, you’d think they would give clear instructions or at least have instructional videos online.
For me it’s a lost cause. They sent defective drawer slides and I didn’t realize it until after I spent hours assembling both of the base cabinets and all of the drawers. What a waste of time and money.

Rolling case
Update: I placed this order at the end of March. Mind you I have tried to be very patient. It is now 23 days and my issue has not been resolved. Between route (the insurance I PAID FOR) and the company have been unable to resolve my issue. I requested a replacement through route coverage. And the company sent me yet ANOTHER broken item. I really needed this for my business. After the second broken item I ask for a resolution. I was approved to recieve refund. Today was the day I was supposed to recieve my refund. Now Route is saying that Vanity Impressions has my refund on hold because they are requesting further information. I am so frustrated. All I ever wanted was this case to be able to do my work. 😢😞 it has been 30 days since I ordered this fyi
I would love to be a repeat customer, but my initial order shipped right away but my replacement order with the route coverage that I PAID FOR has yet to ship. It now has been going on to 11 days since I requested my replacement. It was approved, but the order is just sitting there. It is not fair because I paid for the extra coverage in case my order was damaged. The mirror was broken & I filed a route claim. It processed fast but like I mentioned, my replacement order has yet to even ship nor be prepared. When i first ordered, that initial order was shipped out & recieved almost under 1 week. I really hope that they make things right. I have been patient.
