I placed an order since December 6th, I know it took a while to send it because they sent it yesterday. I'm sure they had many orders with which they were a little saturated. But I don't understand why there are a lot of bad comments about this company. I have been a customer of this company for more than two years. I have bought thousands of floor tiles for my room from them and they have never looked bad. They have even sent me replacement parts for defective products. Without charging me extra, they gave me products as gifts and resent a new one just because the previous one came with a small defect. This company does not skimp when it comes to making its customers happy and they have made me a loyal customer of theirs. I recommend it 100%

I just had to come here and review this company. I cannot believe the number of bad reviews on here. Honestly, they scared me, as I read them all after ordering from Impressions Vanity. I bought a tall mirror with lights on sale between 30-40% off. I paid something like $450 for the mirror. It’s really nice. It was packaged beautifully, but did come with one small hairline like crack on the side where the light dimming switch is. There is a small crack from one side of the switch to the other side. It came with foam padding taped around the entire mirror with lightbulbs plus one extra and hardware to hang the mirror. The mirror comes with a sturdy plug and outlets in the side for hair tools like a hair dryer or curling iron. I love this mirror so much, it’s so beautiful and is totally worth the money paid for it. I probably wouldn’t pay full price but maybe that’s just me. It came with Fed Ex Ground shipping. It took about 7 business days to be shipped out, their customer service was timely and fantastic as I asked when it would be shipped after reading the reviews. It took a few days to get here after being shipped, so in all maybe took around two weeks even after a holiday weekend. The only thing that was hard was how heavy it was to move the mirror alone inside my house in the box. My brother carried it up the stairs to my room for me because it’s pretty tall and heavy. I’d assume that the small crack came from the Fed Ex truck because even though the packaging is labeled with fragile and to handle with care, the delivery guy seemed much less concerned then my brother and I did about it. In no way do I think that reflects their packaging or their company. Maybe they could do extra foam around the light switch, I don’t know. I have wanted stuff from this company for so long, and now that I have trust in their company and products I will mostly likely buy my vanity from here. Vanities are so hard to find in good quality online, but there are so many everywhere.

I am not sure why all the negative reviews. This is a legit company and I have been in there showroom which is beautiful. Every girls dream. In love with my vanity so much. Can't wait to organize my makeup in it.

I purchased an almost $2000 slaystation for my daughter for Christmas. I received it. It was not that easy to put together but we managed the mirror came broken although it was difficult to contact the company as soon as I did they replaced it. No questions asked I did have insurance, but went beyond the 48 hours they required to file! Still with no questions asked they replaced the mirror sent it immediately with plenty of time for Christmas! Again, customer service is not easy to get a hold of because of short staffing, but I would highly recommend this vanity and Company! I will now buy one for myself it’s gorgeous! Thank you impressions for standing behind your products!

Great customer service!! I called yesterday asking if there was any way they could expedite the order I just placed and my order is now on its way!! I'm soo excited and recommend if you have questions just to call and speak to them. The lady was so kind and did exactly what she said she would do. Happy happy customer

EVERYTHING WAS PACKED NICELY. Bought a vanity mirror from this place and it’s beautiful. It was on sale as well. Thought i had a defect but all i had to do was hit the dimmer switch on side of on off switch. CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA EMAIL HELPED ME . No one was available through phone ☎️ only text email etc THAMKS FOR MY MIRROR IMPRESSIONS WILL BUY MORE ITEMS FROM YOUR COMPANY.

I love this company! I have a ton of their stuff, SLAYSTATION, SLAYcases, acrylic makeup organizers with Crystal knobs that match my vanity, I have several of their LED/Bluetooth mirrors and more. The design of their stuff is just beautiful!
