ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION, ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
The company ImportCDs has maybe quite good prices, but the main minus is ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION, ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Another thing is that their website is not very well managed and is sometimes confusing. I ordered a vinyl LP, which I thought is Pink Floyd The Wall, however, when I placed and paid the order, I found out, that it was a tribute album. I sent them an immediate request for cancellation of the order. No reaction, no reaction either for my three following requests.
