They charged my card on 9-9-18 then on 9-20-18 sent me an email saying my order was cancelled This is simply unacceptable

Misrepresented DVD as "Region 1" when the package clearly states and this company MUST have known that this DVD was "Region 2" and unplayable on North American equipment. Had to work through Amazon.ca and so was doubly a mess. This company not only misrepresents their products, but they have non-existent customer service. They include a handy return address sheet, but the package came back to me as "undeliverable"--using their own supplied return address. They never responded once to all of the messages sent to them from Amazon.ca. A totally unreliable company all around.

I'll never buy from this scam company ever again. A nightmare when something goes wrong. The worst customer service and horrible contact info.

SELLER IS FRAUDULENT, PLACED AN ORDER AFTER FINDING OUT THE SHIPPING IS 3 TIMES THE VALUE OF THE GOODS, ATTEMPTED TO CANCEL BUT HE IGNORED ALL EMAILS. AMAZON'S AND MINE. HE STILL SHIPPED AGAINST MY WILL AND I HAVE TO CALL MY BANK TO REPORT IT AS FRAUD.

This company is one of the worse retail businesses I've ever run across. I am the owner of two major radio stations. Most material we get directly from the labels, but having one station that features classic jazz occasionally we reach out and buy recordings from retailers to satisfy and meet our listeners expectations. EVERY TIME I have purchased items from Import CD's there are issues. First, it just took forever and the cases were always cracked (they just drop the CD in an envelope with NO PROTECTION WHATSOEVER, now the items we purchase don't even show up. There business ethics are so bad, I paid our attorney to file a formal complaint with the Attorney General's office.

had to file a complaint with paypal when importcds refused to answer emails or provide refund for items not shipped and charged twice. you might save a few bucks ordering from them and for many years I used them for hundred of orders. But once your get a problem they are not helpful, no matter how faithful you have been as a customer or how polite and patient you are. I am happy I used paypal, they saved my day. once paypal made refunds for transactions importcds blocked my customer account, even if they did wrong in the first place. thats what you get for being a faithful customer. so stay away, put your money elsewhere.
