ImportcdsReviews of importcds.com

This company is duplicating my CD and selling without my permission! These are FAKE CDs and importcds is not authorized to sell, I have no distribution agreement with them and get nothing from them. Buyer beware...they are copying the original CD. I suspect they are doing this on a good many of items they advertise, when you pre-order a CD they will burn you a copy.

I'm not sure if the importcds-au is the same company as this company but I bought a DVD on EBay from importcds-au and the postal carrier is an RR Donnelley who is based in Chicago Illinois so I'm assuming it's the same company. My DVD was not delivered so Im avoiding both importcds-au and RR Donnelley

Agree with previous reviewer - these people are not trustworthy - they lie about order cancelations and shipping - DO NOT BUY

Shady company with shady practices.i wish iihad read reviews before ordering. FAKE TRACKING NUMBERS. Stay with reputable businesses. DON'T TRUST THEM.

Avoid! Totally unprofessional! Ordered a box set months ahead of release. Release day comes and no order. Several vague emails later, they are saying they would notify me. Item is now back ordered. Going to cancel and go with a company that cares about service

Cancelled a DVD which was wrong format within minutes of making order and they would not cancel the order so will NOT deal with scammers ever again wish I had read that ALL the reviews of these clowns are bad

I can't speak for buyers outside Australia, but if you live here DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I had a parcel bought in August through ebay. Parcel was lost by their courier (RR Donnelley), please check courier company's reviews for yourself. They first blamed the courier. I got in touch with the dodgy courier who was even more dismissive than them. They claimed parcel was delivered but refused to provide proof. They then offered a reshipment which I agreed to(this is mid October almost 2 months after purchase) Then they claimed items were sold out. Then promised a refund, Have not refunded and stopped replying to my messages. I had to involve ebay and am still waiting for a resolution after almost 3 months. Again there is a reason why they charge a couple dollars less, NOT WORTH IT. Moronic business practices, what an embarrassment because of a few dollars, way to go!

Received ordered CD damaged they offered 10 % that I felt was not enough had them send a prepaid label to ship back to them only received the cost of the CD not the shipping. Just to get the shipping label took days and had to send photos of the damage case. Poor packing and customer service never again service sucks
