"Exchanging your merchandise will forfeit your lifetime warranty" When purchasing from Imperial Jewelry there's no mention anywhere on there website that they recommend checking out the product care tips to ensure the longevity of our jewelry before checking out. Exchange policy does not state that an exchange will forfeit the LIFETIME warranty. I believe the consumers should be aware of this policy BEFORE purchasing. This is a silent policy is a weak position. If the terms never state that exchanging for a different item forfeits the Lifetime Warranty, then a customer has no reasonable way to know that — and "lifetime warranty" marketing sets the expectation that the item you own is covered.

I wish I never ordered from them. I haven't even gotten my item and trying to get a hold of someone is terrible. Do not order from them!

Do not buy any jewelry from this company!!! They advertise their jury as being real 925 silver coated in rhodium. But anytime you use the buy one, get one free or get a good deal on something they send you a fake piece!!! I have picture proof of anyone is curious! Won't let me upload any here.

Items fell apart as soon as I took them out of the package. They claim they have lifetime warranty but it isn't true. When I emailed them with my issue they refused to make it right and said all sales are final. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM!! YOU WILL THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY!

I bought as a gift for my husband for Father's Day, he wanted a golf club Instead, so I immediately tried to get a refund and I was under the impression easy Refunds and Exchanges as it says on the website. I've been emailing for 2 days now trying to get a return label. I tried to call there is no dial tone ( big red flag ) No costumer service, you can only email them. I still have not got a response, I emailed 20 times. I have packages ready to send back nothing, no response. I'm down 400.00$ I dont care about the restocking fee. Just respond. After this I WILL NEVER BUY From this company and I was willing to do more business with them. Don't recommend unless you are set on keeping the items

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a chain and matching bracelet for my boyfriend for our anniversary. I should have received my package 2 days prior to our anniversary. When it was going to be delivered by USPS then they somehow didn't have my address to deliver the package, but when I placed the order then every other carrier before had all my correct information. I contacted USPS and they said my information wasn’t sent over and my package would be sent back to the original carrier. I contacted Imperium to get a refund because this was not my error as to why they didn’t have my address and it would take almost 2 weeks longer to receive my package so I simply didn’t care for it. This company told me I had to PAY THEM $12.99 for a processing fee to get my refund. After I refused they said under no circumstances can they waiver the fee and the customer service representative was arguing with me over email. The only way to contact this company for customer support by the way is EMAIL. They have no number and do not respond on any social medias. I finally just told the guy to resend my package. Once I got the notification that my package has supposedly been delivered, then I looked and it wasn’t. It had been delivered somewhere in Miami, Florida. I live in California…… at least the first time they brought it to the correct town, the second time they couldn’t even have it to the correct state. 1 week prior to this is when I contacted their customer support to have it resent out and they responded back confirming my delivery address, so how it got delivered to the other side of the country is absolutely ridiculous. After all of this they STILL would not waive the ridiculous processing fee and charged me for it and gave me my refund. Worst experience I have ever had with a company and they should be ashamed for how they run their company.

I ordered from IMPERIUM, I purchased their offer of 3 chains for $99 for my grandson. I chose them because of their ‘NO HASSLE’ returns. I anticipated this, I was worried that it would not be what my grandson wanted. But IMPERIUMS easy returns made me choose them! BINGO, what I anticipated, is exactly what happened. So I contacted them to return, but that no hassle return totally BS! There’s a 15 day window from when you place the order. So my return was DENIED. So with me being a SENIOR Citizen I’m now stuck with 3 chains for the younger generation. They are of NO use to me. 3 brand new unworn chains, they would not accept the return for a REFUND. My advice to you is DO NOT BUY FROM IMPERIUM JEWELRY! What they claim is not so when it comes down to issuing a refund. Once you pay just forget about it, they are done with you. DON’T BUY FROM IMPERIUM! Choose GLD JEWELRY their chains are a better quality and their customer service is exceptional! Grandpa John
