Delivery is hit and miss
Delivery is hit and miss, which is super problematic for groceries. Used to utilize them for over a year, then canceled because I didn't need them for a bit. Restarted, and in 4 months they've delivered one box out of six attempts. Canceled my subscription after a box went missing and screwed up 2 weeks worth of dinner plans. On top of that, it takes them five business days to return your money that they took without delivering anything. Save yourself the hassle and find a local grocer or farmers market.

I am giving one star only because you…
I am giving one star only because you do not use negative numbers. I signed up because I am doing my best to be eco-concious and wanted to reduce my packaging waste footprint. They placed a large order without my permission which included products I would never have selected. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THIS ORGANIZATION!!!

Couldn’t execute
Product was decent and message is good however they subcontract out deliveries in my area to a company called Veho that couldn’t follow very simple delivery instructions. After months on excuses from both companies I went with a different company for produce. Save yourself the time and start somewhere else.

NO way will I give up my info before I see the products/prices
I have not used Imperfect Foods because I absolutely will not give credit card info just to get into the site to view the products/prices. That practice in itself tells me that this company has some reason for capturing people's financial information up front. If/when they change the policy I will look at again. Edit based on reply: I understand that you are a subscription service but I need to look at what if offered prior to paying for it and.providing financial information to you. Only a few businesses use this model - essentially billing before anyone even sees the product. Good luck with this. Thee are many places to buy food online where I can see what’s on the store before I commit to pay.

Website lies about recycling
The company website says they collect and recycle the silver liners and freezer packs. They don't. They stopped taking mine about 1 year ago. When I happened to be home and spoke to a delivery driver he said he was a third party vendor, was told not to take anything for recycling and if he did take it then he just threw it in the trash. The website is more than misleading, it flat out lies to the consumer.

We want to be transparent as possible by mentioning on our site that this packaging return service is only possible in select delivery areas and that folks should check their account for more details. Depending on your zip-code, we either deliver via our in-house delivery team who is able to pick up those materials, or we partner with a third-party team who may not be able to collect the gel packs, insulation bags, and egg liners. If you head onto our site you'll see alternative ways to recycle or reuse these items. One star is too good for them
One star is too good for them. They deserve zero. Very unprofessional. Never received my delivery but they sure took the money! Just a headache from start to finish Stay away!

They charged me $74 for an order I…
They charged me $74 for an order I never placed. I signed up for an account so I could look around, as you can't even see anything until you've given them "payment information". I was considering a subscription, but now I'm feeling scammed.
