Ordered a desk one month ago tomorrow. Mind you, I live in Michigan about two hours from the factory. The freight carrier, CEVA, according to their own tracking, has had my desk at the local hub for the past two weeks. I'd really like my desk so I've been calling them. Phone rings for a while then hangs up. So I've been calling iMovr to see what they can do. Customer service is unavailable. Calls just go to voicemail with no option to remain on the line. Voice mails are not returned. They clearly have no interest in customer service. If I ever receive the desk I ordered I sure hope it is perfect because there is no customer service to help with any issues. I recommend buying from a different company who will answer the phone. I wish I had ordered a desk from a reputable company.

In theory would be a great product if you don't have any issues with it. I purchased treadmill and desk in February and shortly after it arrived I had 2 problems. The motor was making squeaking noises on startup and the console would not calibrate. I opened tickets with their support which is basically farmed out to Spirit Fitness as they make the product for iMovr. Support is horrible, when you do reach them they ask to send them an email with the evidence then never reply. While the iMovr people are nice and they respond, they are powerless as all they doe is stick their logo on a Spirit Fitness product. Dozens of emails and calls to iMovr and Spirt over months and still have the same 2 issues. This is a premium priced product with ZERO support. They do NOT stand behind their product and defer to Spirit for issues. Do yourself a favor and buy a cheaper product so that when it breaks and you don't get support you won't feel like you wasted so much money. Update: July 2021 Noticed now that one of the rollers is now making noise on startup. What a lemon this is. Spirit is totally unresponsive. You have to wait on hold, then get the run around. We will see how long this unit hold up. Do not see this lasting 10+ years like my last treadmill. I am using the product, but for how long before one of these main issues finally fails is anyone's guess. My opinion has not changed, avoid this product. A company they is powerless over their supplier is not worth doing business with.

I paid hundreds $$$ for a custom 6’ luxury mat and they They sent my order to the wrong address and when I finally got it 2 weeks later us was dirty snd used. iMovr told me to go get some 409 cleaner snd clean it myself and refused to refund or replace. Terrible customer service

After you buy it you are on your own. Great customer service when purchasing but afterwards your fighting people only looking at the bottom line.

I have used the iMovr treadmill in my office for a couple of years and I love it. I'm not very happy at all with my home purchase though. I received my treadmill and the packaging was damaged; however, the treadmill did not appear to be damaged. When I set up the treadmill the following weekend, I had issues with it. I was able to increase the speed to 2.5 and all was ok; however, when I tried to reduce the speed, the display showed the speed decreasing, but the treadmill kept pace at 2.5 mph. When I hit the STOP button it took several seconds to respond, but it finally did abruptly. I contacted iMovr, then Customer Service as directed. They were unable to help and gave me another Service number to call. I spoke to Service and they said they would order a lower board for replacement. Once I received the board, Service would send someone to install it. I ordered my treadmill 6/26 and I have yet to use it. Very frustrating paying for equipment I can't use.

I would love to rate their product yet, despite having been billed $2,000+ several weeks ago, I am not able to because I did not receive my iMovR Lander. The shipping company used by iMovR, a company CEVA Logistics is one of the worst in the business. No notifications. terrible website, non-working phone numbers, time slots that get ignored, no call backs, delays, you name it. Feel free to check iMovR's responses to customer complaints on Trustpilot. They are very much aware of the problems and promise to "work on improving their customer experience". This is a baldfaced lie as we can see with our own eyes. People say good things about the desks, their sales service is fantastic, yet the buying experience is terrible. To be completely honest, I wish I had never ordered there. And then there is this thing about workwhilewalking.com, the review site owned by iMovR. There is just so much weird about this company that honestly you might just be better off with another manufacturer.

I’m still waiting for my desk. It’s been over a month. No proactive updates

Terrible customer service- their reviews on their website are censored and only the "best". Buyer beware- they do not supply return shipping in the case of exchanges and do not readily advertise that on their product pages.
