I had a technical issue with a 3 year old standing desk that was resolved under warranty. The problem took several steps to diagnose, but the iMovR team stuck with it until we got the issue resolved. Great product and solid customer support follow through.

The desk is wonderful and could not have been easier to put together. However, after spending nearly $3,000 it is ridiculous that returns are not included. I purchased the monitor arms thinking they would be useful when in fact they were not. Now I have to pay an exuberant amount to return the item.

Ordered the frame only which shipped very promptly and arrived in great condition. Seems very solid and well made. Works well with the table top I purchased from Sunon. Only issue I have is given the quality of the product it is almost embarrassing that they ship such a cheap controller with it. Also didn't see any option when ordering just the frame to get anything different. I would recommend spending a couple of extra dollars and creating a controller that reflects the overall quality of your product. Minimal functionality, the buttons are hard to push and keep engaged,display is hard to read.

The desk was built and shipped promptly, and arrived in good condition. I had no trouble assembling it and putting it to use. One problem I am having is that my Aeron chair arm rest often hits the up/down switch, so I'm trying to figure out if I can move the switch. My other problem was with the delivery company. Initially, they delivered to the correct address in the wrong town. When I checked, they went back and retrieved the package and delivered it a few hours late to the correct town. I'm glad I ordered the faster up/down motor, as it still takes a while to go from sit position to stand position. My son also suggested you add two buttons to the up/down switch, so pushing one button can switch from sit position to stand position. Yes, you can theoretically already do this via the smartphone app, but that's not nearly as convenient as a memory button on the desk itself would be.

*Updated 8/28/20* Now that I have received my desk, let me provide feedback about the product: I really like the desk, and it has made my workspace at home much more enjoyable. Assembly was not an issue with the skill of my husband, we had it put together in an hour or so; the most difficult thing was "tweaking" the autosettings on the controller. I am happy that I have the desk, and would recommend the product to anyone. *** [34 business days before delivery] It is difficult to rate a product that I still have not received. COVID-19 aside, the freight forward CEVA TRANSPORTATION has internal issues, does not maintain their tracking website in real-time, and are difficult to deal with. I'd be happy to reassess after I receive the desk, as concerns the product itself.

Great service. Only issue was the wrong color of the cable management kit in the original shipment. The correct kit arrived one week later and contacting customer service.

EXCELLENT piece of equipment. Performs as expected. One flaw ... ONE HOLE was improperly drilled to attach part#68006549 (the piece where the power and the wires for the servo plugs in and connects to the up/down switch). The distance between the left and right holes was about 1/4 inch too far. EASILY corrected by anyone with a narrow gauge drill bit. I will emphasize, however, IT IS A GREAT VALUE and a WELL MADE piece of equipment and worth the money.

The desk has worked well so far. The control mechanism for the unit leaves a bit to be desired. There is no auto-adjust option - auto-raise/lower with a single button push (not having to hold the button). Also, setting the max/min took several attempts to finalize - many, many resets. That setup is flimsy, imo. Despite the con l listed above, the unit has been great. The desk feels sturdy - no wobbling, leaning or bending so far. The desk looks nice - I chose a dark wood finish and I'm very happy with it. The price point for home delivery was a touch higher than I would have hoped but the product has been solid and wouldn't consider that a hit against iMovR (just an old man complaining that prices are getting too high).
