One competent was broken when it arrived. I’m very disappointed since it should be a high quality product based on its price.

Shipping, Delivery and Typing Stability.
## Online Ordering ##
This was a very positive experience. The chat interface connected me with a couple different associates as I determined my purchase over a few days, both of whom were friendly, knowledgable, and helpful.
## Shipping and Delivery ##
I nearly returned the desk before I had it from the frustration of trying to get it delivered. I spent over 5 hours on the phone trying to understand CEVA's process, track down where my desk was, and schedule a delivery. I did contact iMovr several times in this process, but they were not very helpful. It felt like iMovr considered their portion complete once the desk had left their facilities.
## The Desk ##
I was impressed with the setup and installation, and like the look (though I do wish the grommet holes had been configurable at order time). I was also impressed by the cable management in the monitor arm.
However, the desk is less stable than I'd hoped - the monitor shakes when typing, despite having ordered the lander with SteadyType. I've "solved" it by pressing the desk and monitor arm against the wall, but that a little defeats the purpose of a standing desk (because against the wall means it can't be raised and lowered).

Inaccurate info at checkout
I placed an order, at which point it said the item would ship in 3-5 business days. I got the order confirmation which said it would ship in 8-12 business days. As the 8-12 business days time frame wouldn't work for me, I decided to cancel the order. Canceling the order took multiple emails, multiple phone calls, leaving two voicemails, and chatting online with a company representative. When the informationbe company gives you at checkout is flat out incorrect, it shouldn't be this hard to cancel an order within the first 24 hours (especially since it apparently wouldn't be shipping for well over a week!).

We've looked into your complaint and deeply apologize for the delay in getting back to you to cancel your order. After investigation, it appears that your order had already been processed and we had to stop it from getting shipped in time. We were able to stop the shipment in time, but the follow through on the rest of the process was unreasonably slow on our part. The reason for delay was due to the incredible demand for our product this holiday season and not having enough resources to keep up with all of the customer service processing as fast as we would like. If there is anything we can do to make it up to you, please contact us directly and let us know. We are reviewing the inaccurate info at checkout messaging on our site and in our emails to make sure that they are consistent and accurate. Again, our apologies, and thanks for the feedback.

Don't buy the 72" version
I ordered my Ellure desk from IMovr with a 72" top, the largest they offer. I wanted a large desk to fit 3 27" monitors comfortably.
The desk top is the best part of the package. It's a nice solid piece. I don't have much of a problem with that. The adjustable desk machinery supplied with it is not really capable of a desk this size.
I ordered the desk pre-assembled with onsite delivery / setup. The courier service selected by IMovr gave me issues during scheduling (dispatcher and delivery guy did not appear to be in sync about when they deliver to my area). The courier showed up - 1 guy for what was clearly at least a 2-person job - and brought the desk in pretty roughly. A part was loose in the packing carton and I asked him where it goes, he had no idea. He said they just deliver, it's pre-assembled and they don't do any sort of on-site assembly or troubleshooting. He shot out the door as quickly as he could.
I tried to raise the desk and only the right side moved. A quick look underneath taught me that the loose piece was the piece that joins the hex drives of the legs together. That explains why only the right side was moving. I managed to install the piece, noticing that the length of the piece only gives *maybe* a millimeter of coverage on each drive. With this installed, I ran the desk up to its max height and back a few times, thinking all was well.
The next day, I moved equipment to the desk. The total weight of the items on the desk is well within IMovr's stated load specifications. But, I found the drive would start skipping if I tried to raise it more than a couple inches.
I contacted IMovr and initially was made to troubleshoot the issue myself. This meant taking everything off the desk, flipping it over, removing the legs, and realigning everything as their assumption is it was knocked out of alignment during shipment. Of course, spending a Saturday afternoon rolling on the floor with desk parts and a screwdriver was kinda what I was trying to avoid by buying this desk with delivery service rather than going to Ikea and getting a flatpack. Anyway, I did their troubleshooting a few times, problem wouldn't go away. There's something subtly bent somewhere and it makes things not work right under stress.
IMovr agreed to replace...the desk mechanism only. So, I got a new set of legs and drive parts sent to me. They would not ship me a new, assembled, working desk (thus meeting my original expectations). They had no system for finding a local vendor to outsource the replacement of the parts. Another Saturday afternoon on the floor with a screwdriver, and now I've got 40 pounds of scrap metal (the old legs) to dispose of.
When assembling the replacement parts, I again noticed how little slack there is when installing the connector between the two drives. The leg system is designed to be used on a wide range of desk widths, with this connector swallowing enough of the hex drive on each end to make it work. Getting the connector on there solid with the legs at the 72" desk top's drill spots is *hard*. It slips off easily because there's a very narrow range where you'll have it touching both hex drives.
I bought the desk 6 months ago. I'm leaving this review right now because I have just now for the 100th time again managed to brush that ******* connector with my leg (I have long legs and I cross/re-cross them often) and managed to knock it loose, resulting in the left side of my desk slowly sliding down as it is no longer bound to the drive on the right.
Maybe this system works great with a shorter desk length, but IMovr needs to stop selling the 72" model unless they provide a longer drive connector for that model

The desk I purchased was on back order
The desk I purchased was on back order, and Imovr failed to disclose this until the date the desk was scheduled to be shipped. They later offered a refund, but this did nothing to make up for my wasted time ( I had rearranged my work space to accommodate a desk I thought would be arriving shortly).
They seem to have no idea what their distributors are doing, so I would NOT recommend doing business with them.
Response from iMovRSep 10, 2018
We are very sorry about the inconvenience we caused. The root cause was related to a mistake in our inventory count for a particular part that was out of sync with the physical count. This was our fault and not a distributors.
Since we make all of our desks and conference tables customized on demand, we did not catch that we were short one of the key components until it was too late. Once we realized this error, we did update our site to show the shipping delays, but that was too late to have helped you.
I know we tried to offer some solutions to make up for our error when this happened a few weeks ago, but we couldn't solve the timing issue that was most important to you. If your circumstances have changed and you would still like to purchase our product, we'd like the opportunity to make it up to you. Please contact customer service and identify yourself and we will try to do better.
We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products at a great value with the most options in the industry, and we normally can do this and ship a custom product in 5 to 7 days. Sorry we let you down.
Thank you,

Thermotread GT Treadmill
The lander desk I received is fine. It works as described and I am very happy with it.
The Thermotread GT treadmill is made in Taiwan. I had problems with it out of the box. High pitched chirping noises and a long guttural whining sound from the motor. Needless to say, it is too distracting/irritating to use it with coworkers around and I am not even sure that I should be using it given that it might need repairs.
I contacted support through the website. I emailed a recording of what I was hearing and that person agreed the noises were not normal. He gave me an email for technical support that I forwarded all the info to as well. They responded telling me to call a tech support number dedicated to the treadmills.... solid run around so far...
I called that number and was connected to Jason V. who sounded confused as to why I was calling. He asked a couple times which treadmill I was calling about. I gave him all the info and serial number and he hung up on me. I called back and was connected to him again, sounding more irritated than the last time we spoke. I told him after several long awkward pauses that I could forward him the email with the recording of what i was hearing. He agreed to that and I sent the email. He responded immediately stating there was nothing attached... There was... i can see it in my email history. I resent the email with the audio file attached. No response... I use Gmail. If a 200 KB audio file isn't getting through to you, then the problem is on your end.
So in summary, the Thermotread GT treadmill has problems out of the box and I have contacted three people at IMovr who could provide no support.
Edit: Received a call back and had a repair appointment scheduled... right after I posted this review oddly enough. Will update my review later.

The Elevon does not fit everyone
The Elevon does not fit everyone. The high degree of angle adjustment available is an excellent feature, and is why I bought this, not realizing that there is no height adjustment within the unit in relation to the desk. There were no configurations of changing the Elevon's various angles, the height of my standing desk, or chair (while sitting) that allowed my arm/wrist to be at the optimal angles recommended by iMovr. I so wanted to get it to work for me, but alas, at 5'2", I had to return it, as well as to pay for the return shipping.

We are sorry that product did not fit your needs. That is why we have a long return policy of 100 days so you can test this out.
There is one adjustment of the keyboard tray that is available. I'm not sure if it would have helped in your situation but figured we would mention it so that other people know.
The keyboard tray has 2 sets of mounting positions for how the surface attaches to the bar that it pivots around. This alternate set of mounting holes can be used to move the keyboard platform "higher" when it is tilted at an angle.
Most users have height adjustable standing desks which give them more ability to adjust the final height of the entire keyboard tray and wings.
