I have had lots of great products from this company over the years, from power banks to cables and even some of their larger products like the erhino and the power bars. Almost all of my experiences have been great, I had one issue recently where I had a cable fail on arrival. I initially reached out to them with my Amazon order number and was denied immediately, however my case was automatically bumped up to a higher level and I got a very gracious response from that individual and they made it right. They also said going forward they have changed how they handle Amazon order issues to better serve their customers, and I truly appreciate the fact that even though there was a misunderstanding right away, they eventually figured it out and did right by the customer. I would say that mistakes can happen, even from a company that normally hits home runs, but they definitely came through and took care of me in the end and that's what counts in today's day and age.

The charging brick is solid. It is heavy duty. I think the price was right. I got a free charging cable which is very nice. I am thinking of getting at least 2 more charging cables. Only thing i don't like is probably the shipping. It took longer than expected.
