I got two changing cables from them in September of 2025, one I bought and the other I got as a free gift. by December the one I had originally purchased stopped working, I attempted to contact them and they were very nice and understanding and tried to offer and send me a new one if I gave proof of the cable not working but their way of trying to verify was very complicated and not worth it tbh I have the other free one so it didn't really feel worth it even if the free one wasn't as long as the other one and wasn't the same color I didn't want to go through the hassle but now here we are almost a year since I got them only just two weeks out the second one has also kicked the bucket, I wan't this product to work I really liked them, the cord itself is very nice and sturdy it doesn't bend and get the wires ruined as other do but for some reason it just stops charging im not really sure why their is seemingly nothing wrong with it, its not bend funny it just kinda stopped working at first it was just spotty and now has fully just stopped working and it happened to both I received.
