Easy and comprehensive booking experience
Vincent was very helpful in explaining details of the trip we decided on. All questions were answered adequately. We are very excited for this trip with the exception that it it still several months before we leave.

Concierge Assistance
Kerry in the concierge dept was VERY helpful. Our flight home was canceled by the airline and Kerry jumped thru hoops to re-arrange our flights home the way we wanted. I very much appreciate all she did. She really went above and beyond. She was professional, efficient, patient and kind.
