We understand how disappointing it is to place an order and still not have it nearly two weeks later, especially without timely updates or clear support. While this certainly isn’t the experience we aim to provide, we are currently navigating a period of high volume and are falling short on our usual response times. We typically respond much faster and are working hard to get back to that standard. We’ve also recently started using a new carrier, and your feedback is incredibly helpful as we continue to evaluate their performance. While our shipping estimates refer to the transit time once an order has shipped, it can take up to 3 business days for orders to be processed before leaving our facility. We’re sorry if you had difficulty finding this information, and we appreciate your patience in looking for it. Regarding the use of silicones, we formulate our Eye Stylus with three safe, skin-friendly silicones to provide a silky glide, long-lasting wear, and waterproof performance. We carefully select ingredients that are safe for the skin, and rest assured, we do not use cyclic silicones in any of our products due to concerns around their safety. We understand your preference for alternatives like castor oil, and we always strive to create products that deliver both high performance and skin-friendly results.
