I ordered a different color because my usual was out. I thought I’d try a new color. It didn’t work. It was way too yellow. The next week I ordered my favorite color and they contacted me and said they were sorry I had the color issue and credited me the price for the 1st foundation. I wasn’t even expecting it. Thank you Taviona I love ilia!

Customer service was quick in its response and very helpful! I took the online quiz to determine the color of foundation I would buy. When it arrived, it had more yellow undertones than what was needed. I contacted customer service and had a reply within 24 hours. The representative, Romelen, used a photo I submitted to select a new color. It just recently arrived and is perfect! The only critique of the entire process, was the time in shipping. Everything else worked like a clock! I also love that my skin is not reacting as I have developed allergies to many other foundations! Thank you for all the help!

I had an issue with a product, and the customer service team quickly responded and helped to resolve the issue that same day. They were extremely friendly and helpful, and I ended up getting a new replacement product for free! Besides for this one time, I've had a great experience with all of Ilia's products, and would truly recommend them!

The first time I applied ILIA Barrier Build Skin Protectant Cream to my face it felt light, smooth and clean. I also noticed that I didn’t have to use as much on my face as I have had to do with other creams. Less than three nights later I saw that some of my forehead creases were definitely less visible. I felt very pleased that this online purchase was made. The team of Ilia Beauty is outstanding. It’s almost like you’re having a Virtual conversation instead of emailing or texting. Ilia is brand I’ve enjoyed using for awhile now. Recently, my order included mascara and blush stick. The mascara is my all time favorite, the formula and the wand are fantastic! The blush stick is a great product, I picked the wrong color. The color I selected made my complexion muddy, so the customer service associate, Romelen, was so kind sharing options to either replace or refund the product. I will go in-store to find the correct color and refund this purchase. Thank you Ilia! Your brand is awesome!❤️
