I’ve tried several serum tints and this one by far is the best! It blends very smooth and evenly! I love it!

Claire was brilliant sorting a return, the communication was swift and thoughtful. They treat you like real people and genuinely care about offering a good experience, even when things don't go well. The products are amazing, just need time to adjust to ordering different type of products and shades online.

I ordered a Lip Sketch Crayon but it was not a great colour for me. In my order I received a sample of other colours - I found a better choice and Ilia arranged for a replacement and I don't need to return the one that doesn't work ( can give it to someone who it will look great on! The product is creamy and offers long lasting colour. Tavonia, the rep who helped me was fantastic and responded to my replacement request within one day! Really wonderful customer service! I will very definitely be ordering other products based on my experience.

Your satisfaction is our #1 goal and we are so glad Tavonia could help efficiently. Thank you, again for your review and support. We are here if you need anything!

I had a wonderful experience with ILIA. I used the "match me" quiz to select a shade of super serum tint and it turned out to be the perfect match for my skin. It actually covers my uneven red tones, which surprised me because it feels so light on the skin. Also, customer service was very helpful and accommodating when I had questions about my second order.

I had bought the Rewind complexion stick and when I went to use it I realized the color shade was not a match! I don’t wear makeup often so I had been saving it for a special event. Unfortunately, the return window had closed so I reached out to support to ask if they could help me find the correct shade and they sent me one right away!! It was the perfect match! Kortnii was phenomenal to work with, answered all my questions, and helped me find the right shade in their other products as well! ILIA is the best!
