The support I received from Romelen was fantastic. Everything was handled immediately by just sending an email. It was honestly one of the best experiences with customer service, quality of product, easy to navigate website, (and that included a free gift too by the way!) with the fastest shipping that I have ever experienced shopping online. I was hesitant in reaching out to customer service because the product i’d bought was a final sale. However, I’m very glad I did as the rep Claire was absolutely lovely and was very helpful and is sending me a replacement. I’m loving my ILIA products as I have sensitive, reactive skin and so far thankfully it hasn’t been an issue. I use the barrier cream, the dewy skin tint, the eye cream, and eye pencil. I look forward to seeing what they come out with next!!

When my shipping address was wrong, I emailed support and they automatically shipped a separate order of my product to the correct address. All I had to do was email them the new address and they took the initiative to re-ship the exact order to the correct address. This is my first experience with ILIA and it won't be my last. I have liked all ILIA products except for the gel eyeliner and wrote a review (for all products!!) stating that the eyeliner disappeared. Tavonia replied quickly, offered a suggestion and put through a refund. Amazing service and amazing company!
