IHOPReviews of ihop.com

DO NOT used this place! Less than one third of our order was served, they refused to fulfill the complete order, refused to refund our money. Extreme shrink-flation (the part of the order that did make it out was child sized, at full price) and thievery. Strongly advise avoiding this place at all costs, they will steal your money!

The waitresses are rude and are not happy to work there at all. We were eating slowly and she came up to us to ask if we could just pay already and what kind of tip we would give her. Now more about the food itself, since it’s a fast food restaurant. One thing, disgusting. I have stomach issues so I knew that there would be a problem with the food. I couldn’t even eat all of it. But my sister who doesn’t have any issues did have them after she ate the food. We both sat on that toilet. And for me it was coming out both ways.

30 minute wait for a stack of pancakes? Never doing pick up again.

we came at 10 then our food came at 7 and it was cold too and we was leaving the manger did the middle finger at me

she had us waiting 1 hour and we still have no drink or food and we are starving ZERO STARS NOT GOOD SERVICE

Wow, don't know where to start. Don't let the newness and cleanliness of this location fool you. Incompetent staff and worse managers. If there even is anyone at the register when you go in, and you are lucky enough to be seated, prepare to spend at least 15 to 20 minutes to be acknowledged and order drinks. If you're still there, your food will take an hour or more to come out regardless of how busy or slow they might be. If you stuck it out and are ready to pay, you will wait another 15 minutes at the register for someone to check you out. If you are a door dash driver, don't let the allure of a big tip reel you in. Accepting an order here is the kiss of death. Don't try and complain to management, they simply do not care. But you get what you pay for I guess. This is for the new location in Lubbock on the Marsha Sharp.

Never go here. Staff are rude and don’t want to seat you take your order or be pleasant. They would rather stand around and talk to each other than serve customers. Food isn't worth it. We use to go here but never again.
